Free tadalafil

Tadalafil belongs to the group of medicines called phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE 5) inhibitors, primarily used to treat erectile dysfunction (impotence) and benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). Erectile dysfunction is the inability to keep a hard and erect penis suitable for sexual activity. Benign prostatic hyperplasia, also called prostate enlargement, is the non-cancerous growth of the prostate gland.

Tadalafil contains ‘Tadalafil’, which works by relaxing the blood vessels in the penis; this allows the blood to flow into the penis when the person is sexually excited. Thereby, it helps to treat erectile dysfunction. Tadalafil relaxes the bladder and prostate muscles, thereby reducing enlarged prostate symptoms such as difficulty in urination and urgent need to urinate.

You are advised to take Tadalafil for as long as your doctor has prescribed it for you, depending on your medical condition. In some cases, you may experience certain common side effects, such as headache, back pain, muscle pain, pain in the legs and arms, nasal congestion, indigestion, and facial flushing. Most of these side effects do not require medical attention and will resolve gradually over time. However, you are advised to talk to your doctor if you experience these side effects persistently.

Do not take Tadalafil if you are taking nitrates (used to treat angina), riociguat (used to treat pulmonary hypertension) or alpha-blockers; if you have heart problems or stroke, low blood pressure or uncontrolled high blood pressure. Tadalafil is not intended for use in women. Tadalafil may cause dizziness, so drive with caution. Avoid consuming alcohol as it might cause increased dizziness. Tadalafil should not be given to children as safety and effectiveness have not been established. Keep your doctor informed about your health condition and the medicines you are taking to avoid unpleasant side effects.

Whether you can take Tadalafil at the same time as your other medications will depend on which medications you are taking.

You are required to complete a short medical consultation questionnaire that asks for any medications that you are prescribed from your GP and will indicate the medications that can’t be taken alongside Tadalafil.

There are several medicines which should not be taken concurrently with Tadalafil. Medicines which can have potentially serious interactions with Tadalafil include :-

• Any alpha-blocker medicines e.g. doxazosin (Cardura), alfuzosin (Xatral), tamsulosin, terazosin, or Flomax, that you can buy in the pharmacy. (These medicines may be used to treat prostate problems or high blood pressure).

• Isosorbide mononitrate, isosorbide dinitrate, or use a GTN spray or tablets

for chest pain or use Rectogesic ointment?

• Nicorandil (Ikorel), used to treat angina

• Cimetidine, used to treat stomach or duodenal (peptic) ulcers

• Theophylline, used to treat asthma

• Antibiotics:- Clarithromycin, Erythromycin and Telithromycin

• Anti-fungals such as itraconazole and ketoconazole

• Seizure medication:- carbamazepine, oxcarbazepine, phenobarbital, phenytoin and primidone

• Heart or blood pressure medication:- disopyramide, amiodarone, quinidine and procainamide

• Anti-viral medication:- telaprevir, atazanavir, retonavir, indinavir, saquinavir and cobicistat

• Recreational drugs:- amyl nitrate (poppers)

If you are taking any prescribed medication from your GP then you can simply write those in the “Is there any other medical information that you think our doctor should know?” section on the medical questionnaire. Then, our doctor will know whether the Tadalafil is safe for you to take.

What is Tadalafil?

Tadalafil is a medication which works by lowering the levels of a chemical called, which are responsible for causing your body to make and keep blood vessels grow larger and healthier.

Tadalafil is a phosphodiesterase type-5 inhibitor which means it works by allowing your body to more blood flow to the penis. This can help you by making it easier for men to get and maintain an erection.

Tadalafil is a prescription only medication. It is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18 years.

How do I take Tadalafil?

You should take Tadalafil at the same time each day as mentioned in the doctor’s questionnaire. Do not take at the same time as your other medications which are also tablets or pills.

The following2 table lists the dosage adjustments that can be made as a guide to ensure that you get the best results from Tadalafil (and your other medications). Do not use Tadalafil more often, and more than time that you are taking any medications. If you use a GTN spray or a gel for the first time, it may be more effective at managing your symptoms.

You should not take more than one medication at the time of a questionnaire. If you are taking Tadalafil as your GP need may need to make sure any other medications you are taking are also recommended before taking Tadalafil.

How Tadalafil Works

Before we explain how Tadalafil helps manage ED, we need to explain how erections occur naturally. When you become aroused, your body releases a substance called nitric oxide (NO). In turn, levels of a chemical known as cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP) increase in your body, relaxing the muscles on the sides of your penis so blood can flow into the organ and trigger a stiff erection.

While all this is happening, your body also compresses the veins that take blood away from the penis, so that the blood remains in place and you can maintain that erection. Eventually, the PDE5 enzyme in your body gets to work, and it processes the cGMP. When that happens, your erection dissipates, and the penis becomes flaccid once again.

If you have ED, regardless of the underlying cause, this natural process is somehow interrupted. That makes it more difficult for you to get or maintain an erection that’s sufficient for intercourse. And that’s where Tadalafil, a PDE5 inhibitor, can help. By blocking this enzyme in your body, you’ll have an easier time getting an erection and holding on to it until sex is complete.

As we mentioned earlier, ED is caused by several factors.

As a result of this, levels of a chemical known as cGMP increase in your body, causing a stiffened erection.

While all this is happening, your body also compresses the veins that take blood away from the penis, so that blood remains in the penis and you can get that erection.

If you have ED, regardless of the underlying cause, this process is somehow interrupted. This makes it more difficult for you to get an erection that’s enough for sex.

How Tadalafil helps

Then NO relaxes the smooth muscles in your penis, and blood goes into a blood vessel that carries oxygen and nutrients to your body’s various organs. Because of this, an erection is made.

By blocking this enzyme in your body, you’ll have a easier time getting an erection and holding on to it until sex is complete.

Tadalafil works. When you become aroused, your body releases a substance called PDE5. As a result, your penis becomes flaccid once again. And because of this, an erection is made.

That’s where Tadalafil, a PDE5 inhibitor, comes in. PDE5 is a part of the normal mechanism by which smooth muscle in the penis leads to an erection. That’s what leads to the development of ED.

If you have ED, regardless of the underlying cause, this is an important factor in maintaining an erection.

If you take Tadalafil daily, why not take advantage of thefreedom you’ve shown here?

It’s been shown that taking Tadalafil daily is effective for up to 36 hours.

That means you don’t have to take a pill for 36 hours unless you’re taking Tadalafil.

If you take Tadalafil daily, you can fill you up with Tadalafil tablets that are then taken every day.

We’ll get into that in our next section

If you take Tadalafil daily, why not take advantage of the freedom we’ve been shown here?

It’s also great to know that taking Tadalafil daily doesn’t mean you’re taking a headache.

    Cialis

Tadalafil belongs to a group of medicines called phosphodiesterase (PDE) inhibitors. It works by helping to relax the blood vessels in the penis, allowing for increased blood flow. This improves the ability to have an erection when sexually stimulated. Cialis can also be taken before sexual activity, but this will depend on your medical history and the severity of your condition. Cialis can be taken with or without food. It is also available in tablet form, but the dosage and duration are determined by your doctor. Cialis can cause side effects such as headache, flushing, back pain, muscle aches, and indigestion. If you experience any of these symptoms, stop taking Cialis and seek medical attention immediately. This medicine is usually well-tolerated with minimal side effects. In the UK, Cialis is available in tablet form and you can buy it online from the pharmacy. You can also buy it in pill form for a more convenient way to take the medicine.

    How Does Cialis Work?

Cialis relaxes the blood vessels of the penis, allowing increased blood flow, and allows for an erection when sexually stimulated. The medicine works by inhibiting the enzyme PDE5. PDE5 is an enzyme that breaks down a chemical that makes a substance in the body. This is a phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitor.
